This is my first post on my new blog. I hope to acheive a few things here:
1) Educate the public about legal issues in the personal injury legal system
2) Share insights with others (lawyers and non-lawyers) about developments in the law, and
3) Share interesting stories about cases or things that happen during the litigation process (all names to be confidential, of course).
Of course as other things come up I will comment on them. I am also interested in hearing what people have to say.
